Return & Refund Policy
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days (60 days if placed in November/December) of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Max & Allie is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
All bodysuits, underwear ，Special offer or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We are currently not set up for exchanges. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
becuase this is a quicker more user-friendly solution overall and helps ensure you can get the right size/color/style quicker than an exchange would have. We process refunds promptly upon receipt.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Product & Inventory
The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
Max & Allie comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.
Do you provide product customization?
Yes! you can design the size and the color according to your preference. but there is a minimum order quantity requirement. With larger orders (typically +30 items) the sales team may be able to work with you regarding embroidery/printing on products. If you're interested in a large corporate order, our sales team can discuss product customization with you. For more info, contact us.
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I just placed my order, can I cancel it?
We aim to process orders super quickly in our warehouse so usually we cannot change orders placed. However you can contact our friendly customer service team via live chat, email and we will try our best to assist you. If we can’t assist with cancelling or changing your order in time, our returns policy is super easy (and yes we do refunds!)
Do I need to return my free promotional item?
Get a cool free gift with your purchase but have to return some of the other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold, you will need to return the freebies as well or you can pay for the free gift.

When will my order be shipped？
Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm. Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
